Community Garden Meeting A Success!
Approximately 15 people including four Masters Gardeners attended the Community Garden Meeting Sunday, September 26 at the Deer Park Library. WSU Extension Speaker, Pat Munts, educated the group on the basics for starting a community garden. There were several interested in attending a Deer Park Community Garden Committee Planning Meeting. The meeting will be held Monday, October 11, 4:00 PM at the Deer Park Library.
There is always a great need for help to form community projects, the Deer Park Community Garden is no exception.
The Deer Park Community Garden Project sponsored by Deer Park In Progress,with the help of the committee will keep the community informed of future meetings and the developments as they progress!
The Deer Park community and surrounding area is positively encouraged to get involved.
