Rural Resources will provide(depending on available funding) low to no-cost weatherization improvements for homes in Stevens, Pend Oreille, Ferry Counties.
If your application is approved you will be placed on a waiting list and scheduled for an energy audit with priority going to households with children under 6, disabled, sixty or older.
